1. So lelu came over and we went over to Westside Stamp & Printing, but there was a CLOSED sign in the window. Friday they close at 4pm. I would too! So next time, we know. But we were armed with a cdr holding two versions of our stamp design. One with a circle around it and one without. Because we designed it with the circle right at the two-inch diameter size, and in case that’s just too tight, we supplied a sans-circle version. So we’ll be ready next time. I’m starting to think I like the sans-circle one better anyway.
And since we don’t have a gig on May 30 now, we ditched the poster designing of course, and instead listened more of our March 16 swarm recording, lelu making notes as we listened for song dividing lines. Ultimate goal of these listening sessions: make a new LaunchPad album! Ongoing goal: make fresh MySpace songs on a more frequent basis.
After our work session, Mrs. Random and I found ourselves swept up in a going-out-to-dinner swirl. Long story short: we had a fine and lovely dinner with lelu, Jonathan and Orbital Disco Dave at Ratatouille. And guess who our waiter was?  A complete pleasant surprise: Hector!! It’s a nice restaurant with nice restaurant prices, but all fabulous vegetarian menu items. Wow. I had Shepherd’s Pie. I hope Mrs. R describes the meal in her blog, because she’s so much better at the restaurant reviews. Would definitely go back.
